Real Talk About Scheduling
Hey folks - gonna keep this one short and sweet. If you've been thinking about a concrete project this year, RIGHT NOW is the time to call. Here's why.
October through early December is the absolute sweet spot for pouring concrete in Florida. The rainy season is winding down, the humidity drops a little, and we're not fighting afternoon thunderstorms every single day. It's not too hot for the crew and the concrete cures at a nice steady rate.
Which means EVERYBODY wants their concrete poured in the fall.
Last year we were booked solid by mid-October. I had to turn away jobs in November which I hate doing. Don't be the person calling me in November hoping to get on the schedule before Christmas - it's probably not gonna happen.
What's Hot Right Now
The projects we're getting the most calls about:
- Driveway replacements - always our bread and butter. A lot of driveways poured in the early 2000s are hitting that 20-25 year mark and showing their age.
- Patio additions and extensions - people want more outdoor living space. Especially after COVID when everyone realized they wanted a nicer backyard.
- Pool deck resurfacing - if your pool deck looks rough, fall is perfect timing because the pool is still getting used.
- Sidewalk and walkway repairs - tree roots wreaking havoc as usual around here.
How to Get On the Schedule
Call or text us at (941) 374-8674. We'll set up a time to come out, take measurements, talk about what you want, and get you a quote. Once you approve the quote we'll get you on the calendar. First come first served - that's the only fair way to do it.
Don't wait on this one y'all. Seriously. The schedule fills up fast and I'd rather fit you in now than tell you we can't get to it until January.
